‘Occupy Our Homes’



As part of the Dec 6 National Day of Action to liberate homes seized by banks through foreclosure, hundreds of activists and their supporters came to East New York, a neighborhood with the highest foreclosure rates in New York to occupy foreclosed homes. They danced and chanted through the streets and shared stories of loss and collective resistance.
