Minnesota Supreme Court Oral Argument on Minnesota Foreclosure Process



The Minnesota Supreme Court held oral argument on November 7, 2012 on whether the state should continue to hold foreclosing parties to a standard of needing to strictly comply with state foreclosure statutes, or whether they can break from the law without repercussions as long as they meet a new series of elements proposed by the foreclosing party in this case.
